TERMS and POLICIES

Please read below before booking.

  • The procedure will not start until you and the artist have agreed on the shape that is flattering to your facial features. Please make sure you are completely satisfied with the shaping you choose before the procedure begins.

  • Everyone is different and can respond to topical numbing differently. How much you bleed will affect the outcome result and therefore require additional appointments to achieve the desired result.

​

  • Photos taken during and after your enhancement may be posted on VIX Cosmetic Tattoo's media pages.

​

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

​

  • Our prices are subject to change at any time.

​

  • We cannot guarantee 100% successful results to our clients because everyone's skin takes in permanent makeup differently. There are also no refunds as we have carried out the services.

BOOKING FEE & PAYMENT

A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE is required to secure your appointment. This booking fee goes towards the total amount. ​

Your remaining balance is due at the end of the appointment and can be paid via CASH (preferred), Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or credit/debit cards.

NO-SHOWS

No-shows with no call/no text will automatically forfeit their booking fee. If you cannot make it to your appointment please notify us in any way possible to prevent a no-show. If rebooking, no-shows will be required to pay half of the service price as a booking fee.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Rescheduling can be done (3 times max) via your confirmation email 48 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling under 48 hours will forfeit your booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to book another date. Rates of pricing may be subject to change. Pricing of your rescheduled service will apply to the new date it is set for.

Cancellations will result in forfeiture of booking fee (no exceptions).

CHILDREN & GUESTS

No children or guests are allowed in the studio as it will be a distraction for the artist.

LATENESS

Please come on time to your appointment to ensure enough time to work on your brows.

Please text (650) 762-6209 if you will be arriving late.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and your booking fee will be forfeited. An additional booking fee will be required to reschedule.

PREVIOUS WORK DONE

If you had previous work done on your brows, please take clear photos of your bare brows and send in to clear them before booking.

If you did not inform previous work done and book for new brows, the artist may NOT be able to work on your brows and the booking fee WILL BE FORFEITED.

REFUNDS

All booking fees and services are non-refundable.

REQUIREMENTS

Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system/healing would not make you a good candidate for permanent makeup.

DISQUALIFIED

  • Under 18 years of age

  • Pregnant or nursing

  • Those with viral infections/diseases

  • Transmittable blood conditions (AIDS, HIV, Hepatitis, etc.)*

  • Current using or have taken steroids (Accutane, Doxycycline, etc.) within the past year

  • COVID positive

  • Lips that are extremely dry, chapped or wrinkled

ELIGIBLE WITH A DOCTOR'S CLEARANCE AND NOTE

  • On blood thinning medications

  • On antibiotics

  • Chemotherapy (currently or within the past year)

  • Heart issues

  • Diabetic

  • Thyroid issues

  • Glaucoma

  • Tuberculosis (T.B.)

  • Epilepsy

  • Organ transplant

Doctor's note must be obtained before your appointment. An electronic note is acceptable.

ELIGIBLE BASED ON INDIVIDUAL CASES

  • Those with previous tattoo (must be approved before booking)

  • Allergic to anesthetics (lidocaine), tattoo inks, needles, pigments, makeup, or colors

  • Skin disorders (psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, melasma) around tattoo area

  • Sick (cold, flu, etc.)

  • Botox in the tattoo area within the last 4 weeks

  • Has present open wound, bacterial or viral infection

  • Aged skin that is extremely thin or severely wrinkled

  • Prone to hyperpigmentation

  • Dry/wrinkled lips
